  1. I just read the letter from Anders Eriksson about Id-software putting 
  2. lawsuits against those that where making doom-clones.
  3. I do not think it is possible for Id-software to put any law suits on 
  4. the Bad Mood project, who will they put it against? Bad Mood is a 
  5. freeware project and do not have a Game company behind it. Anyway as 
  6. this french guy wrote (well I am halv french my self), there will 
  7. probably be new tracks for Bad Mood, that don┤t come from 
  8. Id-Software, and what about all these shareware tracks, that you can 
  9. use with Bad Mood? And Bad Mood also uses it┤s own 3D-engine.
  10. So all that Id-Software can complain about is that the textures look 
  11. identical and I do not think the have protected them, if it┤s ever 
  12. possible. Anyway the ball is in Id-softwares hands since they are 
  13. aware of the Bad Mood project.
